What can I do with "The Spice Mix".......

A Quick Dip
1 cup of your favourite dip base - Mayo/Sour Cream/Yogurt
1 tbsp The Spice Mix
Juice from 1 lime
1 green onion - tops only

Mix first 3 ingredients together in bowl.  Chop green onion tops and add to mixture. Serve with anything you like to dip!

WEC Glaze
1/2  cup of maple syrup
1 tbsp "The Spice Mix"

Mix ingredients together in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.  Use as a glaze for meat or fish (salmon) or vegetables (sweet potatoes, carrots or parsnips)


WEC Cheese Ball
1 Pkg Cream Cheese - softened
1 cup Old Cheddar shredded
1/2 - 1 tbsp The Spice Mix
1 tbsp beer

Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined.  Scoop onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap into a ball or log.  Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  Ready to serve - unwrap plastic and place on your cheese platter!  Optional - roll in some crushed WEC Smoked Almonds!
